“Throw your dreams into space like a kite, and you do not know what it will bring back, a new life, a new friend, a new love, a new country.” -Anais Nin

Mind, body, and spirit are all aspects of Victoria’s being. Here she will begin to describe the attributes that make up her personality and character; touching on the mind and body aspects of her being. She aims to keep an open mind and to maintain her childlike nature of perpetual wonder and amazement of the world around her.

That being said, she does not take life to be a joke or a first draft. Practicing meditation and mindfulness helps her to have peace and gratitude at each moment in her life. Over the course of her life, she will continue to develop her mind, body and spiritual practice in order to bring light from her heart to the world.

About Victoria

I love reiki, yoga and music. I also experiment with different styles of yoga and meditation, and incorporate what I learn into my daily practice and teachings. Musical adventures and world travels are two things that I like to do for fun. I have been fortunate enough to travel to many places and cities across the world including but not limited to; London, Paris, Quito (Ecuador), Galapagos Islands, Rome, Venice, Kusadasi (Turkey), Santorini and Crete (Greece), Nairobi (Kenya), Serengeti National Park (Tanzania),  and Alta Gracia (Dominican Republic). These trips have shaped who I am today, including my views on the world.

I grew up in a small neighborhood in Media, PA. There I learned the importance of community and having good neighbors that you can love and trust. I loved being able to walk in the community park behind my house. I am grateful for the life that I have had thus far.

“The possession of knowledge does not kill the sense of wonder and mystery. There is always more mystery.” -Anais Nin
