How to use the 128 Hz tuning fork on your forehead.
This is one of my favorite techniques to use with the Otto 128 Hz weighted tuning forks, which I call;
“Third Eye Activation”
For people into chakras, they know that this is the third eye, or Ajna chakra. This is also a great point to access the Vagus nerve and have the intention simply to relax the nervous system. You could also imagine balancing the pineal gland.
This is one of the 4 main techniques that I teach in my class entitled “Healing with Tuning Forks”. The most recent class at Learn Reiki Philadelphia was a great success, with 6 students learning the art of energy healing with tuning forks! In the class, students have the opportunity to see a full demonstration of how to do this technique, as well as a sound meditation activation, where they are attuned by Spirit and then have the opportunity to practice the techniques they have learned.
Here are a few photos from the recent class.
I am looking forward to the next class on November 30th! There are only 3 spots left for this class. Follow this link to register!
I’m so excited to be teaching this specialized class on how to use tuning forks for healing! This is one of my biggest passions in the healing arts, and I believe there is so much creative potential when it comes to vibrational healing. After all, “everything is vibration”.
Step into the exciting world of vibrational healing with Reiki Master and Sound Healing practitioner Victoria Powell! Whether you are new to the healing arts or are a practitioner eager to add the element of sound into your offerings, you will leave with effective new ways to impact the well-being of yourself and others. Together, we will learn to use both weighted tuning forks, which can be placed gently on the body, and non-weighted (Otto) tuning forks, which are great for tuning the human energy field (sometimes called the “aura”). Our three-hour journey includes a group sound meditation, lecture/lesson and plenty of time for practice. Not only will you learn new ways to support yourself and others but you’ll feel sooo much better too! Each class is limited to just 6 students.
The cost of this workshop is just $55. $20 deposit holds your space with the remainder of tuition payable at workshop via cash or credit card.
Suggested class tools: Victoria recommends you purchase the Otto 128 Hz Tuning Fork, which is available locally from the Jefferson University Bookstore (1009 Chestnut Street) for ($15) or online via AllHeart.com ($21.48 with shipping). Bring any tuning forks you may already have.
