Welcome back! Canada now allows entry to fully-vaccinated American citizens and permanent residents (currently residing in the US) for leisure travel. If you meet the entry criteria, fully vaccinated travellers do not have to quarantine upon arrival to Canada. More information.

Please note: Pre-tests are not required for fully vaccinated travellers entering Canada by land, air or water. However, you must still use ArriveCAN within 72 hours before your arrival to Canada. If you are travelling to B.C. from another province or territory within Canada you are expected to follow the same travel guidelines as everyone else in B.C. and travel safely and respectfully. Victoria International Airport requires masks to be worn by all passengers and employees in the terminal.
Harbour Air Seaplanes is operating with reduced seating to allow for physical distancing from other passengers. Passengers are required to complete a health declaration before travel and must wear a mask.
The Clipper’s service between Seattle and Victoria has resumed as of April 15, 2022.
The Coho, a passenger ferry from Port Angeles to Victoria, is now operational with three daily sailings from both terminals.

Most iconic attractions and activities are open and operating with new health and safety measures while others have anticipated opening dates.
Many restaurants and patios are open for dine-in and have new measures in place that allow you to distance yourself from other patrons. In British Columbia, proof of vaccination is required for indoor dining. Most restaurants are also offering takeout and/or delivery options.
Many brick and mortar stores you know and love in Greater Victoria are open with new safety measures in place to make your shopping experience, a safe one. These include limiting the number of customers in-store, sanitizing high touch areas, using contactless pay and more. Check directly with the store for their COVID-19 Safety Plan.
