Jeff White

Vice President Engineering, Marriott Hotels

Jeff White serves as Vice President, Canada Engineering & Facilities for the Canadian Marriott portfolio. In this role, he is responsible for providing expertise, direction and insight regarding, facilities management, hotel development, long-term capital planning, demand and supply-side energy procurement, and service delivery models for Marriott’s hotels in Canada.

Jeff first joined the Westin London, Ontario where he worked his way through Doorman to Stewarding to Housekeeping finally finding his home within the team of the Engineering department at the Westin Ottawa. In the 7 years Jeff spent as the Director of Engineering at the Westin Ottawa, Jeff’s passion to make a difference was evident as he helped lead the property to becoming the first 5 Green Key property in Canada through the Hotel Association of Canada. Jeff was presented with Marriott’s Global Engineering Leadership Award in 2017 and joined the Canadian Regional Team as the Area Director of Engineering and Facilities in July 2017.

When Jeff is not working, he is spending time with his wife Elizabeth on the historic waterways of the Rideau Canal with their two puppies, Lincoln, and Lola.
