Director of Operations - North America, Intrepid Travel

Danielle’s professional life has been in the Hospitality & Tourism sector for 15+ years. She began as a tour guide with Intrepid in 2011 and ultimately started leading multi-day group tours all over the world. Danielle eventually transitioned into roles within Operations, Organizational Leadership, and Product teams at various companies before finally returning to Intrepid in 2021 as Director of Operations to launch the new North America DMC. With a passion for slow travel and sustainable experience-rich journeys, she takes an enormous amount of pride in representing an industry leader that balances profit and purpose. Danielle is based in Southern California and can often be found on a walk with her dog Dot, browsing local farmers’ markets, or planning her next adventure.
