Mike is enjoying almost four decades in the entertainment industry as Puppeteer, Creature Performer, Animator, Actor, Producer and Director. At age 16, Mike was chosen and mentored by Jim Henson to work as a Muppet Performer on projects including The Great Muppet Caper, The Dark Crystal, Labyrinth, and Fraggle Rock. Possibly his most famous role is the character Nien Nunb, co-pilot next to Lando Calrissian of the Millennium Falcon in The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi. He also assisted in performing Yoda with Frank Oz. Quinn’s other feature films include Who Framed Roger Rabbit? and Little Shop Of Horrors.

Graham McTavish is a Scottish television, and film actor best known for his roles as Dougal Mackenzie in the popular TV series Outlander, as Dwalin in the The Hobbit trilogy for Peter Jackson as well as the Saint of Killers in AMC's series Preacher based on Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon's cult comic book series. He also starred alongside Sylvester Stallone in Rambo and Creed, making him the only actor to perform opposite Rocky AND Rambo.

Cerra was born in Vancouver, of Italian descent. She's had guest roles on TV shows including Battlestar Galactica, The L Word and Smallville. Her most successful role to date was as Deputy Jo Lupo in Eureka. She has since appeared in various guest roles in series such as Warehouse 13, Sanctuary, Supernatural and Motive. She had a recurring role in the series Rush and appeared in the CW series iZombie. Erica most recently played the main antagonist, A.L.I.E, during the third season of The 100.

Leah Cairns is a Canadian actress best known for her role on the reimagined Battlestar Galactica as one of the Raptor pilots, Lieutenant Margaret "Racetrack" Edmondson. Leah currently shares the screen with Eric McCormack on the hit Netlfix Original Series Travelers. She is a series regular on ABC Family’s Kyle XY, and has appeared in Interstellar, 88 Minutes, Helen, Mega Cyclone, Supernatural, Bates Motel, Motive and Sanctuary.

Riki Lecotey (known as Riddle) has been involved in costuming for over 15 years. She is internationally recognized in the cosplay community for her ability to translate costumes and focus on craftsmanship. She's been invited to conventions around the world to judge costume contests, host workshops, and promote confidence in cosplay. She has been interviewed by Playboy, NPR, Washington Post, and been featured on the cover of two of the most well-known cosplay magazines in the world.

Andy Rae is a Canadian costume designer specializing in armour and prop construction. She is best known for her group collaborations including the Battle Armour Disney Princesses and Sailor Scouts and the Valkyrie Eevolutions. She recently started streaming and made partner on Twitch.tv where she teaches weekly step by step cosplay tutorials similar to convention panels so that anyone can get crafting advice and learn to start cosplaying.
Andy will be on two cosplay-related panels during Capital City Comic Con (details to come!) and will be a cosplay contest judge.

Evilyn13 is a Vancouver fashionista and an international cosplayer. She is best known as one of the DJs at Sin City Fetish Night, Vancouver Fetish Weekend, and Kitty Nights Burlesque. Evilyn13 has been involved in the burlesque scene and Vancouver International Burlesque Festival for several years and has co-hosted two TFD Drag Race Parties.
We are pleased to announce that Toronto based Chapterhouse Comics will be represented at Capital City Comic Con! Chapterhouse Publishing’s CCO Jay Baruchel will appear at Capital City Con in Victoria, British Columbia. Chapterhouse will be present for the entire weekend from March 16th – 18th with Jay appearing on the Saturday and Sunday.
Baruchel will be at the Chapterhouse Booth (#19) to meet the fans and sign comics alongside Captain Canuck creator Richard Comely and Fantomah’s Soo Lee. Also in attendance as part of the Chapterhouse family will be J. Torres, John Gallagher, Ed Brisson, and Gisele Lagace.

Richard Comely is a Canadian comic book creator, illustrator and publisher. He began publishing his Captain Canuck comic book series in 1975 and has continued to write and illustrate to this day. In 2012, Richard entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Fadi Hakim to produce animation, new Captain Canuck comic book series, merchandise, and pursue licensing ventures under Captain Canuck Incorporated.
Forming Captain Canuck Incorporated with Richard Comely in 2012, Fadi spearheaded the redesign of the Captain with Kalman Andrasofszky and Paul Gardner, and produced the Animated Series- ‘Captain Canuck: Fool’s Gold’, starring Kris Holden Reid, Paul Amos, Laura Vandervoort and Tatiana Maslany. Fadi Hakim consequently founded the Chapterhouse Comics Group in 2014, boasting titles such as Captain Canuck, Spirit Leaves, The Pitiful Human Lizard, All New Classic Captain Canuck, True Patriot and Die Kitty Die.
Tony is the Managing Editor for Canada's largest comic book publisher, Chapterhouse Comics. He has helmed some of the company's most popular titles, like Captain Canuck, All New Classic Captain Canuck, Northguard, the Chapterhouse 2016 Summer Special and Die Kitty. Currently, he is working on the 2018 Free Comic Book Day issue of Die Kitty Die and 3rd arc of the popular series as well as the anthology series, True Patriot Presents.

Ed Brisson is a comic book writer who first started to garner attention with his self-published crime series Murder Book. He broke into the public spotlight in 2012 with the crime/time-travel thriller series Comeback. In the short time since then, he's written and co-created four other series' published by Image: Sheltered, The Field, The Mantle and The Violent. His self-published series Murder Book was collected and released by Dark Horse in early 2015.

Born curious and raised on a steady diet of comic books and monster movies, John's course was set at an early age. Come hell or high water he was going to help create magic, awe and wonder. Many years later, he helped start BioWare and contributed to fifteen games over nine years. Since then, John has worked on a diverse range of genre series and features from Once Upon A Time, Falling Skies and Man In the High Castle to Night at the Museum, Percy Jackson Sea of Monsters and Power Rangers. Bob Hall had a long association with Marvel Comics, where at one time or another he drew most of the major books and characters such as The Champions, Spiderman, Dr. Doom, Conan, Thor, The Fantastic Four, The Submariner, Captain America, PSI Force, The Avengers and The New Mutants. He was the artist for the West Coast Avengers mini-series and was the primary artist on the original Squadron Supreme. He drew movie adaptations of Willow, Dark Man and the notorious first Captain America movie as well as pencils and inks for the graphic novel, Emperor Doom.
Ken decided at age eleven to become a professional comic book author/illustrator, a dream he realized in 1974. Since then, he has worked in the industry as writer, artist, art director, editor, and publisher, chronicling the exploits of Astro Boy, Spider-Man, Harry Potter, and the Star Wars gang, to name but a few. In addition to creating his own intellectual property, he has also collaborated with other writers, including Douglas Coupland, Harlan Ellison and Trina Robbins.

Brian loves being a dad more than anything else, but he's also noticed that at times, parenting can be a total crap-fest. In the summer of 2013, Brian began drawing Fowl Language as a way to vent his frustrations over the day-to-day tedium and challenges of being a parent to two small children. His work quickly became an internet viral sensation and is seen and shared regularly by millions of people all over the world.

Gareth Gaudin is the award-winning cartoonist of the Magic Teeth Dailies, the adventures of the irrepressible Perogy Cat. He is one of the foremost dealers in vintage comics on the continent, and manages Legends Comics & Books, a distinguished and celebrated comic book store in Victoria, BC.
Renee Nault's vivid watercolor illustrations have appeared in books, magazines, newspapers and advertising around the world. She is the author and artist of Witchling and is currently working with renowned Canadian writer Margaret Atwood on a graphic novel adaptation of her book The Handmaid's Tale.

Tracey Moore has been voicing leading roles in award winning cartoon series since 1980. Kids growing up in the 80s and 90s would have heard her in many of their favorite series including George Shrinks (George), Ned's Newt (Ned), Legend of Redwall (Warbeak), Care bears (Shrieky, Hugs, Share), My Little Pony (Cheeralee) Super Mario Bros. (Peach) Sam and Max (the Geek), Flying Rhino Junior High (Marcus), and, of course, as the original voice of Serena as Sailor Moon in the beloved Anime series – which she also cast, voice directed and played a key role in development. She's even the singing voice for Strawberry Shortcake, currently on world tour.
Shane Turgeon is the author of the popular Star Wars tattoo books, The Force in the Flesh. He’s been at the forefront of the Star Wars tattoo community since 1999 when he created a website dedicated to Star Wars tattoos called tattoosandtoys.com and has worked with Lucasfilm in several capacities to help bring Star Wars tattoos to the mainstream of popular culture. In addition to writing and publishing his books he is also a tattoo and toy shop owner, event promoter, photographer, writer, appraiser and avid collector of pop culture memorabilia and original artwork. He is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. And contrary to popular belief, he is NOT a tattoo artist.
