Destination Greater Victoria is also committed to the 50-30 Challenge. The 50-30 Challenge, co-created by the Government of Canada, business and diversity organizations aims to improve access for diverse groups to positions of influence and leadership on boards and in senior management. Through the 50-30 Challenge Destination Greater Victoria is committing to achieve at least 50 per cent gender diversity and 30 per cent underrepresented groups in Canada which include racialized persons, those who identify as LGBTQ2, and people living with disabilities, to the board and senior management levels.

Through the Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria, Destination Greater Victoria is part of the Community Partnership Network (CPN) Group, comprised of local agencies, businesses and institutions committed to building diverse, welcoming and inclusive communities in Greater Victoria. CPN members work to develop their capacity by sharing resources and information aimed at promoting and supporting our increasingly diverse region.
