Other Customs and Brokerage services:

1. Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Conventions Program - Partnering with the CBSA Conventions Unit, your event will receive the duty & tax-free benefits as well as other special privileges for bringing your domestic or international convention to Victoria.  To gain these special privileges, your event will be “officially recognized” with this CBSA program to ensure all materials ranging from the organizers registration/show management materials to exhibitor & vendor materials enter Canada free of duty and taxes helping to lower the overall event costs. This program can facilitate the smooth process into Canada, and back into the U.S. after your event.
2. Special Events Unit (SEU) of Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) - The team partners with the SEU IRCC to make it easier and faster for attendees that require a visitor’s visa to come to Canada to participate in the convention.  Every unique aspect of the immigration process is handled and this program expedites processing times for non-Canadian attendees’ and speakers’ visa applications.
3. Foreign Convention & Tour Incentive Program (aka Foreign Convention Tax Rebate Program) - This program rebates the 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on convention costs and related supplies.  Our suggested provider will complete the application for the organizer and its exhibitors (if applicable) ensuring the maximize tax refund is received.
