We’re excited to have a new online tool for members: Destination Greater Victoria's Member Extranet!

All active, primary contacts in our database have received an email from Destintination Greater Victoria with a username and temporary password to access the Member Extranet.

The Member Extranet is a secure site where members can view and edit their account information, including contacts, website listings, social media links and more.

Members can access their own Benefits Summary, which showcases many of the results included in our annual Member Report Card:

• Mentions in articles and publications
• Mentions on Facebook and other social channels
• Mentions in member and consumer eNewsletters
• Destination Greater Victoria Events attended
• Social activity mentions via Twitter

Future phases will include the ability to add and edit images, logos, videos and amenities. You’ll also be able to view statistics for website listings, in-kind contributions, coupons and special offer listings, advertising opportunities and FAMs/site inspections you participated in.

Login, review your account details and become familiar with the services available. The "Partner Bulletins" tab in the Member Extranet also includes reference documents detailing how to access and update your account information.
