Bubbles & Bites
FATHOM is excited to introduce our second winemaker’s event on September 24th. Each of these dinners will feature a local BC winery, paired with a delectable, coursed meal crafted by our Executive Chef, Peter Kim.
In this session, we will focus on bubbles! Gordon Fitzpatrick from Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards will join us to take you through four of his incredible sparkling wines. Join us on our heated and covered harbourview pergola for a casual reception including canapes, cocktails, and sparkling wine!
Upon arrival, each guest will receive a welcome cocktail crafted by Soren Schepkowski; followed by four sparkling wines, paired with stationed and passed canapes throughout the evening.
